Bougie Booking is a division of Backyard Bougie, Inc. This policy covers bougiebooking.com — the page you are reading and the form at the bottom of it.
The site sells nothing, has no accounts and asks for no payment. The only information it collects is what you type into that form.
What the form collects
It asks for your venue name, your name, your email address, what kind of room you have, roughly how many seats it holds, and anything else you want to tell us. The last two are optional.
We use it to reply to you about your venue, and for nothing else. It is not sold, not passed to advertisers, and not added to a mailing list.
Where it goes
Sending the form posts it to Bougie Booking’s own server — a Cloudflare Worker — which stores it in our database and emails it to us through Resend, the service that carries our mail. Cloudflare and Resend handle it for us, under contract, and for no purpose of their own.
Bot protection on the form
Cloudflare Turnstile sits on the form and checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. It is a security measure rather than tracking, so it is not a choice you are asked to make; Cloudflare sets out what it collects in its own privacy policy.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This site does not currently run any analytics or advertising service, so it sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The only third-party script it loads is Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form, which protects it from automated spam and requires no consent.
You can still clear, block, or manage cookies through your browser settings at any time.
A copy, a correction, or deletion
Email info@thebackyardbougie.com and say which you want — a copy of what we hold about you, a correction to it, or its deletion — and we will do it. There is no charge and no form to fill in. We may ask you to write from the address you used, so the right record goes to the right person.
Changes to this policy
If what this site does with your information changes, this page changes with it and the effective date moves.
